ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR, ANITA GONTKOVSKY

-Anita started learning Tai Chi with Bill Vandenboom in 2016.  

-Anita has Taught Dr. Lam’s Tai Chi for Arthritis for the past two years at The Streetsboro Senior Center

-Retired Family physician now refocused on preventative medicine, and Director of Tai Chi for Health Institute.  Dr Paul Lam, a family physician in Sydney and a tai chi teacher since 1976, is a world leader in the field of Tai Chi for health improvement. Dr Lam is dedicated to promoting Tai Chi for health and wellness.
