-D.I.C.E. is a grassroots partnership between Standing Rock CulturalArts and downtown businesses whose purpose is to invigorateDowntown Kent through cultural events.

-All events are Free and Open to the Public and take place at The Hometown Bank Plaza, Downtown Kent, Ohio.
